"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful." Col 3:15
It is such a delight for many of us to prepare our homes and tables for the coming of those who find their way to our abode. Friends and family, and sometimes, even strangers needing to belong and feel welcome. What a perfect time of year to create a welcoming spot for guests and share our blessings with each other. Whether your table is set for two or for a crowd, may it be overflowing with love and thankfulness.

Historic Restorations
Many of you will remember the TV series from the 50's featuring Davy Crockett played by Fess Parker. American folk hero, politician, soldier, frontiersman. Of course he lived in an iconic pioneer log cabin. I always loved that cabin with something always bubbling in the huge homey hearth. The "King of the Wild Frontier's" real cabin was recently restored with the help of our friends at | Historic Last Home of Davy Crockett |
Sashco. These are the very same products we use here at Montana Specialty Log Construction. The historic home can be visited at the Davy Crockett Cabin Museum in Rutherford, Tennessee.
"I see the turning of a leaf dancing in the autumn sun, and brilliant shades of crimson glowing when a day is done."
