As Father's Day approaches, I find myself feeling grateful for the men in my life. My own father, my husband and even my boss. All three of these men are faithful family men and terrific fathers. Hard workers and yet find time for their families and open their homes to be a blessing to others. Wishing them a very happy Father's Day!

Here is an easy way to add yummy corn on the cob to your outside meal!
Soak corn in cold water with husks left on.
Place directly on grill over medium coals.
Cook about 20 minutes; rotating occasionally.
Carefully remove from fire; remove husks.
Add salt & butter to taste and enjoy!
