Speaking of ideas, we have shared some really good ideas, you and I. We've done a little dreaming together, we've planned, collected concepts and began projects. We have also discussed routine maintenance and what to look for. Learned about chinking and staining options and why they help protect your home. This has been great. I've sure enjoyed our talks and hope they've been encouraging.
Although building, restoration, & maintenance are what we do, may I also just encourage you to enjoy what you have. I hope you can also take some time to just sip that perfectly sweetened glass of lemonade. Enjoy the season of life you are in at this moment.
Routine Log Home Maintenance Tip:
Q: How do I effectively remove dirt, dust, pollen or even mold from my log home?
A: MSLC uses and recommends a product called CPR®. It is a gentle log and wood home cleaner whose oxygenated bleach formula won’t weaken wood fibers. It may simply be applied with a pump sprayer and then rinsed with a hose for routine maintenance. Environmentally friendly & won’t harm plant life; safe to use around pets and children.
